HYDR-OX is 29% tech grade hydrogen peroxide for oxygenation and disinfecting hydroponic systems. HYDR-OX is water with an extra oxygen molecule H2O + O = H2O2. Ozone is created when more than one oxygen molecule is combined. The ozone compound reacts with any organic material present, then degrades back to simple water. This process is called oxidation. During oxidation, bacteria and other pathogens are killed and extra oxygen is released into your system. It is important to note that HYDR-OX cannot be used with any beneficial bacteria or comprehensive enzyme formulation as oxidation will occur. HYDR-OX should be handled with care.
